SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship domestically and internationally. Some restrictions may apply.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom items may take longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days

4. Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free standard shipping for domestic orders over $75.

5. Tracking Orders
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for lost or damaged packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered.

7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns: You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at lt3enterprisellc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Exchanges: We accept exchanges for damaged items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.


Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized products or digital downloads, are non-returnable.
